Perched along the ridges of the South Downs National Park, Worthing Golf Club’s Vardon Course enjoys panoramic views of the Sussex coastline from Beachy Head to the Isle of Wight. The course is a celebration of landscape and legacy, artfully designed by six-time Open Champion Harry Vardon in 1905 and updated by Harry Colt in 1925.
Though shorter in length than the Colt Course, the Vardon offers a subtler challenge, with narrower margins, undulating terrain and an exposure to winds that reward control over power. It’s a course where all abilities feel welcome, and where every round becomes a story worth telling; a true hidden gem golf course in Worthing.
